We thank you for your interest in our internet presence and offers on our web pages.
The privacy and protection of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as ”data“) is very important to us. We therefore wish to inform you in detail, which data we collect when you visit our website or make use of any of our online offers and how we subsequently process or use this data. Type, scope and use of your data differ depending on whether you use our internet presence merely for the retrieval of information or if you use any services we offer:

It is not necessary for you to submit any personal data when simply using our internet presence for informational use only. In this case we only collect and use data that your internet browser transmits automatically, such as:

We only collect data that is necessary to complete the transaction, such as your email address and name so that we can send the newsletter to you by email. Further information may be submitted voluntarily, which is indicated accordingly. The collection and use of your data serves the purpose of providing the services you have requested, i.e. to send you the newsletter or a customized demo you have requested. For the aforementioned purpose your data might be passed on to external service providers that support us and have been carefully selected. They might be technical service providers. Apart from that, the transfer of your data to third parties only takes place when we are obligated to do so by law.
4. Newsletter
In order to be able to register for our email newsletter service, we need your consent under data protection laws, as well as at least your email address, to which the newsletter should be sent. Possible further particulars are optional and are used to address you personally and to personalize the content of the newsletter and clarify any inquiries as to the email address. We usually use the so-called double opt-in process for sending the newsletter. This means that we cannot send you the newsletter unless you have confirmed your registration by clicking the link in your confirmation email. This way we want to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time. This is done by either sending us an informal e-mail to info@conigon.com or by canceling via the link provided for this purpose at the end of the relevant newsletter.
5. Use of Google Analytics
It is important for us to optimize our website and make it as appealing as possible to our customers. Therefore, it is important for us to know which parts of it are well received by visitors.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (,,Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“. For our internet presence we are using the technology of cookies. Cookies are small text files, that our temporarily stored on your computer. CONIGON uses cookies to track user preferences, thereby enabling the web pages to optimally customize your requirements (see also Use of Google Analytics). Our cookies contain no personally identifiable information. Of course you can also view our website without cookies. If you would not like for cookies to be used, you can update your browser settings so that cookies are not accepted. For further detail, please refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer of your browser. However we would like to point out that – in this case – you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
8. Data Security
In addition, we have adopted technical and organizational security measures to protect incoming personal data or data already collected, in particular to prevent accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access. Our security measures will be updated on a continual basis in line with technical developments.
Our emails are encrypted by means of TLS technology to prevent access from unauthorized third parties. Please ensure that STARTTLS, which supports the encryption method, is enabled. Otherwise our encryption method will not be supported.
